Washougal Incubator

The Washougal Incubator building  was designed to provide local small businesses a place to grow.  Located in Washougal, WA, this building features a design with modern looks and clean lines.

American Heating performed design/build services on this project.  A Mitsubishi City-Multi system was chosen for its simplified design and zoning capabilities.  Utilizing one 20-ton condensing unit and 13 fan coils, this system has the ability to simultaneously heat & cool each individual space.  Lossnay HRV’s were also incorporated to maximize efficiency.
