Mercy Corps

Located in downtown Portland’s Old Town district, the Mercy Corps project consisted of renovating 40,000 sf of the existing Packard Scott Building and an addition of 42,000 sf.

American Heating installed the Mitsubishi City Multi VRF system for this project which includes (13) outdoor heat pumps and (61) indoor fan coils. American Heating also programmed and installed the Mitsubishi control system to serve the building.

Three highly efficient Aaon packaged heat recovery units were also installed on the roof to serve the building. Nearly 8,000 feet of refrigerant piping was installed.

Check the Mercy Corps project breakdown on Mitsubishi’s website.
