Sustainability

Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) isn’t a gimmick.  It’s a framework to construct environmentally responsible buildings that minimize the impact on our future.   Our commitment to these practices mirrors our corporate values and we’ve got three LEED accredited professional on staff to make sure we do it right.

Design/Build

As a design/build mechanical contractor we have the unique capability to estimate the cost & feasibility of achieving LEED credit points for both the design phase and the construction phase.  This process keeps the building owners informed about the economic value for a LEED credit whether it’s for New Construction, Commercial Interiors, or Core & Shell.

Experience

We have over thirty LEED projects under our belt.  Some of the LEED projects we have been involved with include Mercy Corps, The Matisse, Les Schwab HQ and Fields & Schoenfeldt Hall at the University of Portland.
