Heckart Lodge located on the campus of Oregon State University in Corvallis, OR was in crucial need of updating and renovation. Slated to house new classroom and office facilities, a new and more efficient mechanical system was installed.
A new fluid cooler, twenty-nine new console water source heat pumps, a heat exchanger, and air handling unit were all installed as part of the upgrade. Hydronic condenser water piping, steam piping and condensate return piping were also replaced in this renovation.
