Gary Manchester
Gary has a degree in Civil Engineering from Washington State University. He founded American Heating in August, 1974 and has been an HVAC designer, estimator and project manager as well as President and CEO of American Heating.

Joe Paine
Joe joined American Heating in 1984 when the company had only 10 employees. Following a series of promotions he was office manager from 1994 to 2003. Joe is the company’s General Manager, Finance and Administration.

Jan Monaghan
Jan started in the construction industry in 1976 and joined American Heating in 1991 as our bookkeeper. In addition to handling all aspects of accounting, she specializes in designing custom spreadsheets for the company and is a 10-year member of American Heating's Safety Committee.

Karen McCoy
Karen was with US West for 23 years in their Operator Services department. She retired in 1995 and went to work for the Sports Car Club of America, Oregon Region, as their Regional Administrator. Karen joined American Heating’s accounting staff in 2003.

Kathy Soanka
Kathy has been with American Heating since 1998 as a Receptionist and Administrative Assistant where she is responsible for the completion of submittal booklets, operation/ maintenance manuals and air balance reports.
