Tandy Gardner
Tandy spent the first 22-years of his HVAC career in the field troubleshooting equipment and control systems. For the past three years, Tandy has been American Heating’s service department manager.

Jeff Harrison
Jeff has been in the HVAC industry since 1980, both as an air filtration salesman and as an HVAC service salesman. He was with Servodyne (Kent, WA) for 8 years in air filtration sales, 4 years with W. A. Botting in service sales and was branch manager for Purolator (air filtration) for 8 years winning Branch of the Year awards in 1997 and 1998. With American Heating since 2002, Jeff handles Preventive Maintenance contract sales and repair quotations.

Steve Young
Steve started in the HVAC industry in 1983 as a service technician. Since 1998 he has specialized in DDC (direct digital) controls. Steve oversees the programming, installation, start up, and commissioning of all DDC projects that are, in their entirety, handled "in house".

Jerry Arnold
Jerry learned the HVAC trade in family business starting in 1979. He joined American Heating in 1998 as a technician and now specializes in direct digital control (DDC) installations.

Tracy Workman
Tracy started in the HVAC industry in 1996 when she joined our Service Department. Tracy dispatches all service calls and maintains monthly scheduling of maintenance contracts.

Frances Shill
Frances has been our Service Department billing clerk since joining American Heating in 2001. Frances processes all service invoices and manages collections for the Service Department.
